Home Buyer Inspection
A home buyer inspection provides a visual evaluation of the home’s major systems and components so you can better understand observed conditions before purchase. Findings are documented in a written report with photos, explanations, and practical recommendations.
Home Seller Inspection
A home seller inspection, also known as a pre-listing inspection, helps you better understand observed conditions before listing so you can make informed decisions, address concerns when appropriate, and price the property accordingly.
Mold Assessment
A mold assessment includes a visual evaluation of accessible areas and may include moisture detection, air sampling, or surface sampling when appropriate. Findings are documented with recommendations based on observed conditions and laboratory results when sampling is performed.
Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can accumulate in homes. Testing is the only way to determine the radon level in the home's air and is recommended for buyers, sellers, and homeowners who have not previously tested.
Water Quality Testing
Water quality testing evaluates the home’s water supply for common contaminants and general characteristics such as bacteria, nitrates, and other requested parameters. Results provide information on water quality at the time of testing, with recommendations for further evaluation or treatment when warranted.
Well Flow Testing
Well flow testing evaluates available water flow from a private well over a set period of time. Water pressure and flow rate are monitored to help you understand the well’s observed performance at the time of testing.

My name is Matthew Williams, and I own and operate Aim High Home Inspection Services. I provide home inspection and related testing services for buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout New York’s Capital Region and surrounding areas.
I encourage clients to attend the inspection when possible so I can walk them through observed findings directly, answer questions when appropriate, and help them leave with a clearer understanding of the home.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I bring discipline, preparation, and attention to detail to every inspection.
